Papertake Weekly Challenge- Anything Goes with option HEART or love theme :)

PEACE MAN that is what the new Alota Rubberstamps release is all about going back to the sixties,hippies, flower power, retro. So if you LOVE that you’re gonna love this release. For my card I used a Smooth Spritz which gives the paper a gorgeouss aqua pearl look, then I stamped the Alota Rubberstamps Layering Flower and the Rainbow and Peace signs stamps on the paper in different colours of ink. I coloured the hippie couple with Derwent Coloursoft and look at her pants there is the HEART for the challenge from the Papertake Weekly challenge- Anything goes with the extra option of a heart or love theme.

So all the stamps I used are from Alota Rubberstamps.

The Cutie Pie Challenge- Anything but a card

Whooohooo at the Cutie Pie Challenge blog they are playing Anything but a card. And I have something to show that certainly is no card.  I played with my Silhouette Cameo cutting plotter and I used Flexfolie Premium Plus in Turquoise. I needed a gift for my 8 year old girl next door and I had bought this cute lamb in case of emergency and guess what with all the snow I could not go out to buy a gift so I made this fun transfer with the Silhouette Cameo cutting plotter and SHE LOVED it ;) so guess it isn’t so stupid to have some gifts as extra’s laying around :)

Ik heb eindelijk wat tijd gevonden om te spelen met de Flexfolie Premuim Plus van Plot4Fun en dat is echt keileuk spul! Ik had een kadootje nodig voor mijn buurmeisje maar door de sneeuw kon ik niet weg en toen dacht ik weer meisjes van 8 houden nog wel van knuffels en ik heb altijd wel een paar knuffels in de kast voor als ik is iets nodig heb(altijd makkelijk) Dus de bloem met de naam met de Silhouette Cameo cutting plotter uitgesneden op de turquoise flexfolie. BELANGRIJK als je namen/woorden gaat snijden IN SPIEGELBEELD MAKEN!! hahahaha dat was ik dus vergeten. Maarja moet kunnen.  Ik heb het patroontje erop gestreken met het strijkijzer. Dat vergde wel wat tijd, dus op een gegeven moment het doekje wat je er tussen moest doen maar weggehaald en met het strijkijzer op het transfervelletje gegaan en toen kwam het patroontje eindelijk los. Wel oppassen want anders smelt het aan je strijkijzer en dat wil je niet hebben :)

Hier nog een closeup shot van het shirtje. Ik weet wel dat dit niet mijn laatste is. Ik vindt het echt superleuk. Hopelijk komen er weer wat babies in de omgeving ;) hahahhaha

House of Gilli challenge- Love- One Stop Craft Challenge-Love

I got this beautifull girlie digistamp from Saturated Canary and I love her. I had not played with any of Krista’s stamps yet (just to little hours in a day to play with anything else then dt stamps but I am having time now to play) and I made this LOVE card and I am playing the House of Gilly challenge- Love with it. And I am playing the One Stop Craft Challenge- with for the one I love as Theme. sentiment is by Amy R Sentiments Hearty Sayings. SC is coloured with Copics.

Paper Sundaes Challenge- Clean and Simple with Alota Rubberstamps

HAPPY SUNDAY, Over at Paper Sundaes Challenge they are having a Clean and Simple challenge this week and I thought that it would be perfect for my PEACE card. I know this is not my normal style of cards but Alota Rubberstamps just released these HIPPIE BUGS and more sixties style stamps. Totally cute for sure :) So I went further out of my compfy zone and used Smooth Spritz to create the card base.  The stamps are coloured with Copics.

High Hopes Challenge- Pink, pink and more pink

Oh man this card took me forever to finish I knew which Image I wanted to use but when I cut the cardfile by Cutting file by Monica Bjórk with the Silhouette Cameo cutting plotter the image I stamped was just a bit to small for just being alone on this card so I stamped 2 of his siblings on Kraft cardstock and coloured those 2 also with Copics. I did the white of the eyes with a white Derwent coloursoft pencil.

It is a gatefold card this is how it looks closed and under here it shows open. I used 4 High Hopes Stamps but the sentiment is from Amy R Sentiments  Heart-y Sayings.

Say it with flowers Challenge

I am playing the Stamping Scrapping Challenge Central with the Say it with flowers theme for the first time :) I made this piece of cake with K & Co papers, Stamped the Alota Rubberstamps  Layering Flowers stamps with Memento Ink Tuxedo Black  and used LOADS of Ribbons and alot of white flowers that you can colour yourself if you want to normally I airbrush these but I needed them to be just plain white this time to let the stamped flower pop out. Also used different shades of roses. The Cake is cut with the Silhouette Cameo cutting plotter and the design can be bought at the silhouette online store.

I glued the ribbon and flowers on the cake with my hot glue gun and boy that almost costed me my fingerstops hahahha I had not worked with the glue gun for years and forgot how dangerously HOT it becomes but still it is one of my favourite tools hahahha nothing beats the hotglue!!

Close up where you can see the Alota Rubberstamps laying flower better. I used only 2 of the middle sizes.

Something Bright challenge at Hookedoncrafts challenge with CC Designs Mushroom girl

I am playing the Hookedoncrafts Challenge for the first time and the theme is Something bright well this cute little CC Designs Mushroom Girl is bright hahhaha she is one of the cute new releases at All That Scraps I also used one of the CC Designs Woodland Logos how cute is that little WANTED poster. When I received my stamps I fell in love with this one. I also used the new CCD Mushroom border die. My image is coloured with Derwent Coloursoft on Bazzil Kraft cardstock.

Preview Day 3 at All That Scraps-Mushroom set, Pixie Lucy, Woodland Logos and New dies

I always have wanted to make an explosion box but I never got to it but now I have the Silhouette Cameo cutting plotter it is easy peasy. I totally love this box but it is a PITA to make good pictures of as there is to much going on I think ;) but still I love it and MOM!! I am not giving it to YOU!!!!!!! hahahhaha

So here is a view of the total box decorated with lace and ribbon and K & Co papers.

And this is the box when it is EXPLODED :) LOL this little fairy made me wanna go grab some polymer clay and start sculpting again but lucky for my poor hands I don’t have any clay anymore in tha house else I would be in so much pain ;) but maybe I will try it as it really would be a awesome thing to have little CC Design Pixie sculptures ;) hahahah now Christine where is my dragon I know that can push me totally over the edge to go sculpting hahahhahaha

All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge- Anything Goes

It is the first of the month again so that means Anything Goes time at All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge. For my card I used the new Sweet November Stamps Stamp Pine and Mushroom and one of the CC Designs Woodland Logos. I stamped with Archival on Kraft Bazzill cardstock and coloured with Derwent Coloursoft pencils.  I love it that I can switch between colouring mediums. Now my hands are itching to do some watercolouring hahahah so guess those need to be digged up as well. Well I hope you can come play with us. You have 2 weeks time to enter and you need to use a stamp that is sold in the All That Scraps shop.

Preview day 2 at All That Scraps- Sweet November and CC Designs

Well as you proberbly can tell I really could not choose a favourite out of this months release so decided to use 7 of the new stamps on this circle step card that I made for the second preview day for All That Scraps.  I used the Sweet November Stamps Bloom, Pine, mushroom set, CC Designs Nymph and Woodland Daisy stamps. I had alot of fun making this card and I have had to defend it with my life so it not got stolen by one of the girls next door as she is in love with it as blue is her colour but then my MIL wants to steal my project that I am showing you tomorrow on day 3 of the previews. I used the Silhouette Cameo cutting plotter to cut the circle card and the round scalloped shape.

Nou zoals je misschien kan zien kan ik niet kiezen welke stempel ik het leukste vind deze maand want echt ieder stempeltje is zo leuk. Vandaar dat ik voor mijn Cirkel step kaart maar liefst 7 stempels van deze maand heb gebruikt. Ik heb Sweet November Stamps Bloom, Pine, Mushroom set gebruikt en de CC Designs Nymph en Woodland daisy. Ik heb een hoop lol gehad in het maken van deze kaart en ik heb moeten vechten ervoor zodat hij niet voortijdig dit pand zou verlaten want mijn buurmeisje is er helemaal verliefd op want blauw is ook haar kleurtje dus uiteindelijk zal ze hem toch wel krijgen maar niet voor release dag ;) Ik moest ook mijn project van morgen beschermen want mijn schoonmoeder wilde dat al meenemen. NOU ECHT NIET hahahahhahah
